Born and raised in Colombia, Felipe moved to the U.S. at 15 with his older sister and built his life through hard work, independence, and a strong sense of purpose. After earning his degree in Political Science from Cal State Long Beach, he eventually made his way to San Francisco—a city that immediately felt like home.
From the moment he arrived in The City, Felipe was drawn to its distinct neighborhoods, architecture, culture, and energy. Having traveled extensively, he found something here that stood apart: a place with character, complexity, and a sense of belonging that was impossible to ignore.
Before real estate, Felipe built his career in sales, where he developed a strong ability to understand people, communicate clearly, and deliver a high level of service. Real estate became a natural next step, combining his interest in homes and design with his passion for helping people make smart, meaningful decisions.
